The Pass Along Project's primary mission is to provide clothing for children entering Foster Care or Foster Care Equivalent.

This includes children newly placed with a Foster Family, Relative Provider (Kinship), or Residential (Group Home).

At this time, we are serving children placed in NH only.

Requests are answered within 24 hours.

Each clothing kits contains 7-10 Full Outfits, 2 Sweatshirts, New Underwear, New Socks, New Pajamas, Sneakers, and seasonally will also include Coat, Snowpants, Boots, Hat & Mittens. (Infant sizes include 10-20 outfits and diapers instead of underwear).

Most areas of the eastern half of NH are served by volunteers who deliver the clothing package directly.

All other areas of NH are served by USPS mail or UPS and usually arrive in 1-2 business days.

DCYF -- Please submit one form for each DELIVERY ADDRESS.

(Example; You removed 4 kids, but they were split amongst 2 foster families. Please submit ONE form for each FOSTER FAMILY. NOT for each CHILD. Thank you!)
